a few things that jumped out at me:
1- that submit button for the email sign up - lose that pointer shape, try something softer
2 - the color of the signup form and button are too dark, sraws too much attention and gives a hard feel to a soft site.
3 - same thing on the active nav color, probably darker than i would like to see. I think 'yoga' and i expect soft colors and blends, not a ton of contrast.
