Definite improvement from the first site which is a train wreck. I recommend making the background a bit more monochromatic so it draws less attention. Like the pattern on the navigation but seems a bit too obtrusive being a bit too tall. Body copy looks a bit spaced out. Too much space on top, and something about the main horizontal bothers me. Overall, a good start.
