  I still need to learn the basics, whether or not you can design, people won't hire you just for your design abilities alone. The technical part would be at least knowing how the process is done.

  • you could probably learn the flash basics expected from designers in a few weeksPupsipu
  • it sure helps to know technical stuff, but it can take a very long time to learn anything advancedPupsipu
