after having a tower and a powerbook, here is my opinion:
the powerbook is cool, not very fast compared to the tower. i really hated the video card in the powerbook, it took a loooooooong time to refresh the screen when working with larger files.
you will never get the kind of battery life out of it that you think.
if you are using it to design, get a larger monitor to hook up to it.
it wasnt a bad machine, but i think that i am the kind of dude that requires a tower instead.TR1
