Mal was the first friend that helped me with my anxiety. He got to see me work though one of the worst situations of my life. Listen to his reasoning. It really is a great platform to get started with.
Thank you Mal <3I recommend reading "The Meaning Of Anxiety" by Rollo May (1950's-ish). Anxiety is a natural reaction for you to ask yourself suppressed emotions and internal unanswered questions. It's quite surprising the techniques you will teach yourself over time in order to adapt to our over-media society. High minded creatives are usually the ones that suffer the most. The reasoning = We see more about the world and it's inner workings more so than the general public. Because of this there is a feeling of disconnect when the reality is this is how everyone should be thinking.
This is why we are sometimes referred to as visionaries. We are creating the visions of the future. It's a lot of weight. Hence the anxiety.
For me I just feel everyone. Sometimes it can be overwhelming. Has taken me a good 3 years to master it to a level of finally finding self confidence in it.
