filemaker and ACT are very different...
Act is a CRM system only.Filemaker is a database development system, people make CRM "solutions" to run on top of filemaker like:
http://developer.filemaker.com/s…There are others too, and/or you can pay somebody to make a custom one.
I'm sure somebody has written email blast code to run with filemaker, but if you have a customized CRM layer on top of filemaker, it may not work with the same field names,etc...
