    as edward tufte says, the problem with powerpoint is that more often than not the presenter is using it as a safety blanket to hold on to while they speak. The fact the audience can see this means they don't concentrate on the speaker but on the screen instead.
    Better to show a series of images or movies and talk between them. I'd advise few or little text or diagrams:

    • PPT is not the end itself but merely a means to it, great presentations are more so based around the speaker than what's on screend_rek
