in the world of digital ad agencies: art directors who give you a marker pen scamp - you take the rough visual idea and bring it to life and beautiful design, animate even actionscript it -craft it to perfection.
the art director is blown away. but suddenly feels useless and inadequate as they can't use design software and don't know the first thing about flash.
So they tell you to move things 1 pixel left and 1 pixel right.
You wait for them to come back in the room to check the amends; they say now, with their input it is a master piece.
except you moved everything back 1 pixel...
