Here in Phoenix we're lucky enough to have a third party repair / upgrade place to goto that is Apple certified... these guys are fast too - they truly care... they don't wear pastel t-shirts that scream 'I'm not here to help... I'm here to sell...'.
If it weren't for the in-town third-party repair place... I'd not have bought a Mac last year because their store and phone customer service is beyond painful.
- Those 3rd party guys are great. The last town i was in had one, and i loved it. No luck here.baseline_shift
