    My two cents... outsourcing costs more in the long run. I don't do it. 90% of the time the product delivered is crap and it needs to be fixed locally anyway. You get what you pay for.
    I support my local economy. I am proud to and let clients know that.

    For an example of a large company being hurt by their outsourcing... look at Dell. They were well known for good customer service, something important when you sell mainly over the phone/online. Then they outsourced. The customer service went to crap -- they now have a horrible reputation for service and it has been costing them. Sure its not the only factor, but it is a big one in their weakening market share.
