That sucks but at the same time, I'm skeptical about whether an Indian design company can ever produce to the quality of an American or Canadian one, for an American or Canadian audience. Just like an American company would probably not do too great a job designing for an Indian audience.
By the time that happens, Indian designers will be fat and complacent and they will outsource back to us.
