My wife and I run a studio together though we rarely work on the same projects at the same time. We've each got our team and only overlap with some of our oldest clients. Our expertise is in different disciplines so it's not like we're competing to be better than one another.
The key is knowing when to draw the line between work and non-work and to leave work at work and to leave home and home.
Ya know, working together or not, it's not a great idea to be competitive with your spouse.
