it won't. firewalls control inbound/outbound packets...if it's not configured properlly it won't do anything.
the defualts may work, but i doubt it. plus, if the adobe developer was even somewhat intelligent, then he/she would have used a port that isn't regularly set for exclusion in defaul firewall configs.
this is another reason why people should learn to just read the fucking manual.
