I think you threw us off by using the word ripping, which usually means stealing someone's work;) Here's what you want to do:
1) Buy or download the theme you want - and you will need the actual theme, not just the HTML .
2) Install Wordpress on your server (or client's server) and activate the theme.
3) Jump in and start tweaking the HTML and images to morph it into your own design.
