In fact if you're any kind of female at all and of fertile age, make lots of prejudice accusations against thecompany via a cheap solicitor who argues that the redundancy is based only on the need to avoid potential maternity-leave issues and be left with a half-interested young mum who only wants to work 3 days a week and needs to arrive late/ leave early... and you'll get a huge out of court settlement.
