I love how Republicans talk about cutting spending.
Ask yourself for a sec...why would any party actually cut spending?
Spending is how politicians deliver paybacks to their political backers.
If any of you really think the Republicans, who are if anything MORE corrupt and eager to sell out than the Democrats, are going to cut spending you are kidding yourself. Reagan and the two George Bushes are the ones who opened the floodgates to deficit spending over the last 30 years.
Even Ron Paul, on earmarks, would routinely insert an earmark for his own district into a bill, and then vote against it "out of principle" while knowing it was going to pass.
Wake up folks, Republicans are worse on spending than Democrats.
