actually this issue confuses the hell out of me. i feel uncomfortable tipping (but I do of course, oh boundaries of civilization) because I know that the orange juice I order already costs me 5 times of what I'd pay if I bought it in a bottle. And then tipping, on top of that, and the more I eat, the more I have to tip, and the more expensive my food is, the more I have to tip, but the SERVICE is the SAME - bring it to me! I ask myself, why the fuck would I accept a job which does not pay enough and I have to ask everyone how they are doing and annoy the hell out of them if I want to survive this month. Begging is at least honest... Besides, I really hate TRADITIONS some half assed morons started, which I have to follow for some reason.
Generally I only tip if something is brought to me. But that's their fucking job anyway, isn't it?!
