  ^^ I was in the midst of typing something along those lines, v3.
  I mean, really... who's to say what's too much? If client X is willing to pay 10k for that site and doesn't bother getting competitive quotes... you have to scratch your head a bit.

  I know that doesn't make it right, but it's not the designer's fault the client is willing to pay what he's charging for it.
