shit Janne, if you're not pulling a uber, it is not funny!
You're situation is pretty fucked up but survivable, about 8 years ago I found myself in a very similar situation, all I have to say don't lose faith, visualize what you want to achieve and be ready to take any job people trow at you, just do anything, clean dishes, empty camions, get a girlfriend, seriously take whatever you can,
but don't get stuck in the loop because once you're in, your brain does some fucked up things,and if you believe in "a" God, pray!
