In terms of start up, Google Chrome kicks asses, so far the fastest browser I have ever had; and it handles JS way much better;
Last time when I upgraded to new version of FF, all my plugins including web developer and firebug crashed FF; had to reinstall stable beta version which was much better; I will wait till 3.5.1 or so, then I'll update
