So honestly, what exactly is the opposition to a private healthcare plan with a public option?
Is it the fear that with a government healthcare option there will be more inclination for our government to eliminate our constitution, and create a constitutionally socialist state?
Is it the fear of a drastic increase in cost and decrease in care due to government inefficiency?
Is it the fear of decreasing profit for the private insurance and pharmaceutical industry?
I know I can research this... I think there are some fair concerns against a public plan but we are generally more productive when healthy. How is this a bad thing for the state? Is better health not the ultimate goal for a revamp on healthcare?
