    Looks very nice. really like it.
    Think i prefer the word alone, without the circle.

    Something about the S stands out to me, people have mentioned spacing, which it may be.

    Maybe its just because the S is the only curved letter aside from the O (which doesnt stand out because its a primary shape)

    Maybe if the S was more like the Z - consisting of 3 straight lines, but if you did that the last 2 letters (O & N) would become a bit redundant...
    It would look like you were going for a symmetrical logo - SOZ looking very good (and symmetrical), but then with a couple of letters jammed on the end...(hope that made sense)
    Hmmm...

    Looks v nice though.
