technically you can, but when you record normal speed and you slow it down, you only have 24 frames on a second.
When you record at 400 frames per second, and then you slow that down, you are going to have better flow between frames, it captures a lot more detail, its hard to explain with words but once you see a slow motion piece at 24frames and one at 300f you will notice the difference right away.- Do you have sample? I would be interested I seeing the results...utopian
