What would you have liked to have happen after the landlords property was repossessed? What do you feel the letting agent should have done?
If the letting agent wasn't interested in finding you another place, then they're very very stupid (doing themselves out of business) and will probably fuck themselves over at some point in the future.
- when the judge is working out whether you need to be prosecuted they'll probably ask these questions.********
