im a dual citizen, not canadian tho, but i think the same rules apply.
be a legal resident for 5 years of the united states, and then go apply, and memorize your thing.i applied, and i got my thing in less than a year.
but dont be like me, i was lucky cause when they asked me for the name of the national anthem, i totally forgot.
