Any Canadians out there know how to go about applying for US - CAN dual citizenship?

I have Dual Citizenship in Angola and Namibia, seriously, my fiance was born in Angola, grew up in Germany, however is a citizen of Namibia. I get both Angolan and Namibian and US Citizenship. But Angola and Namibia cannot know about each other, seperate stuff. Shhhhhhh?

My ex coworker paid his lawyer $10k to get him a green card. You'll need at least 10 professional saying that you have exception talent in your field. It took him about 7 months to get this processed.
Good luck

what's with all the hate for the USA and then people wanting to come here. Honestly, which is it? Don't come because you want to make money and then hate the government that's ridiculous.

Jason,
Why do you think that people shouldn't do that? I mean you hate your client sometimes but your still do the work for him in order to make money, right?
Where is it written that people who come to US to work have to love and approve of government actions. Large number of Americans hate this government too.
It's all about the Benjamins :)
Cheers.

ok, so if I head to other countries and take the jobs of let's say Germans or Canadian, you don't think that some Germans or Candians might resent that? Hmmm, I sorta' do and know it for a fact.

it's all good though, I was just stating why there is so much hate for USA in general, regardless of government or even culture. When there aren't really many people from USA making fun of UK or NL or DE. I am not sure if it is a jealousy factor or just pure racism. And that comes with saying I am married or will be married to an African girl who grew up in Deutschland, Angola and Namibia and I myself have lived and worked in over 7 countries outside of North America. Just a point mate!

to answer Matt24, you will want to consult a lawyer at least, but the US Embassy probably located in either Toronto or Ottawa can give you more info. I am not a hater, good luck! ;)

Well, I know, I didn't say that people might like it but it's a fact. Look at it this way:
United States didn't go certain wars and shit during the past, while other countries did. This caused U.S. economy to outgrow everyone else. With that power the government started acting cocky in some cases and started telling people how to do things. Hey it's the way things work. If someone is more powerfull they get cocky, right? It's nature. But again, since the technology, money and everything resides here in the U.S. people try to come here to work and afford things they couldn't before. Residents might not like it, but hey that's why it's much harder to come here.
And I can tell you if you went to Europe to work, there would be people who don't care that you are there, but then again there would be people who would hate you because you're an American. It's always divided. The same things goes for US.
I personally lived through NATO bombing led by U.S. government. From this I can tell you that I don't like the government that much, but I have nothing against American people. In fact some of my best friends are Americans.
Oh, yeah, if you didn't know I came from Europe. :)
Cheers.

Oh to tell you about the fact why people from Europe hate the government and Americans don't hate Europeans we have to deal with the sad fact that VERY large percentage of Americans never left US and saw other countries. Furthermore, by watching TV here, I actually saw that most people here don't get enough information about anything to make a decent conclusion about what's happening in other parts of the world. And I think that's the main cause.

But regardless, I love everyone. Sometimes in life there are higher things that we can't influence.

you don't have to tell me anything man, I lived in Helsinki and Germany for over 6 years as a kid. Africa for 4 years as an adult.

Immigration policies in Europe are worse than they are here.In most EU countries the immigrants are in the margin. Here is (usa) they live better....
- unknown0
angelo is very right, Europe hates immigrants these days. you should see what goes on in Germany especially! Stop rocking USA's boat on that crap!

Germany adores narcissim!!

hee

German is not Europe. And one small number of assholes doesn't make a continent.
- unknown0
true, you should think the same about USA, then am I not wrong?
- unfittoprint0
Exactly.
- unknown0
no shit unfittoprint, as I said I lived in Germany, Finland, Luxembourg, etc. I am not judging Europe by the likes of Germans, not that all Germans are this way either. It's just as ignorant to say that all Americans act the same way as well. Wake up!
