This isn't an open project setup by a group of dedicated programmers creating something they love in their free time. A company is behind this. Companies exist to make money. Every time I've spent the time and effort to put my data in something like this it either goes pay only (and expensive) or disappears altogether. You know what has never disappeared on me? Wordpress. Even if it goes pay only or disappears, it's on my server. I never have to make that dreaded phone call to my clients that they can no longer update their site when they want because some vendor disappeared. If Wordpress disappears, I can run the old version and update it myself. That's just one example but it's important. I won't give a penny to this company unless I can install it on my own hardware. It's not worth the trouble. Open source projects stick around. I've had countless software programs that I spent good money on for my mac where the company just disappeared and I couldn't get support for something.
