If a girl is walking by wearing a fancy sundress, jewelry and makeup, ill stare. Who cares. Why would she spend an hour getting ready if not to have males appreciate their beauty?
- her beauty. as long as im not ogling her cleavage i bet its appreciated.baseline_shift
- For herself?
(not a joke post)juhls - I get what you're saying, but having self-control is a good thing at times.juhls
- Anyway, it's a fine line, so I don't blame people if they don't know when it's not creepy.juhls
- < too many double negatives, hahajuhls
- why do girls want to feel pretty? beauty, by definition, needs a viewer. its based on perception.baseline_shift
- i have a tough time believing a girl in a slinky bright yellow sun dress doesnt want to be admired.baseline_shift
- a girls innate need to feel pretty is based on ingrained tribal behavior. Best groomed, most fit women got the best matesbaseline_shift
- Yes, but not everyone cares if someone else notices. Many women do exactly what you are saying, but it doesn't meanjuhls
- that staring = appreciating beauty.juhls
- Maybe that's what you are doing, but it can be creepy depending on the situation.juhls
- Honestly, just speaking for myself, I can dress both ways, and it's more about being comfortable.juhls
- i have a tough time separating dressing beautifully and wanting to be percieved as beautiful. Comes from the same place.baseline_shift
- but yes, there are def creepy guys who just ogle. im talking about the non creepy type of appreciation.baseline_shift
- It's fine, as I said above, if you do it but don't make it too obvious. Just comes off in a strange way sometimes.juhls
- I completely agree with your opinion about cleavage though.juhls
