    I think this is a pretty important statement.

    "Such activity, combined with a heightened level of extremist paranoia, has the potential to facilitate criminal activity and violence."

    To me this implies a combination of factors which lead to a potential threat. Not just a singular action such as the stock-piling of weapons.

    The biggest issue I took was with the label 'right-wing' extremists. Regardless of whether these white supremacy groups lean more towards the right end of the spectrum, the label of 'right-wing' just politicizes a real and potential threat making it seem unrealistic and farfetched.
