    TBO,
You are right in regards to Christians (or anyone else) taking things into their own hands, Biblical speaking in most cases the right is reserved for God alone. I say in most cases because there are a few conditions where I think we have that right. An example would be an act of self defense...as in, someone is coming after me or my family for blood, I then have the right to protect myself and my family be any means necessary.

I am completely against abortion and I think it is morally wrong. I don't think it's any different than killing someone in cold blood. What this Doctor did imo is completely reprehensible. Taking the lives of innocent babies (whether they had diformities or otherwise) is wrong. With this perspective, you can understand that some people view this man as a murder. I would be curious to know if this man was a serial killer, if anyone would have a problem with him getting killed? I am not defending the actions of the man who took the doctor's life in that Church, I think what he did is wrong. But with a view like this, I think it lends perspective on how somebody ( a supposed Christian) could do such a thing in cold blood....though again, not defending his actions at all. He will pay for what he did on earth, and in the after life.

    • Not sure where you christians get this whole retribution thing so mixed up. So it is OK to kill a serial killer?DrBombay
    • No Dr.b I didn't say that. See my first example. It is wrong...unless say this serial killer was coming after you and it's self defense.designbot
    • it you exercise self defense.designbot
