yeh what i though bullet - i used the light contrasting effects cos thet said they wanted it eye catching but she hated it when i showed them the proof
so i said other than these funky effects your kinda left with what you had before.
joke - only quote 1 day for this cos it was supposed to be "simple"

- you can usually fake it in flash by tweening in the advanced palette instead of just an alpha tween - blasting all the levelsbulletfactory
- gives a little more unique quality than a straight alpha tweenbulletfactory
