  Thing about Vancouver and Victoria is that they are the only major cities in Canada that don't get covered in snow during the winter. Which means all the homeless and crazies end up here on the streets. You don't see homeless people in Edmonton when it's minus 40C. When I first moved here Hastings scared the living shit out of me. Now I barley notice the junkies at all.
