  so, my question is, even if they say it is required (like "only resumes with salary histories will be considered"), do you not submit it? ... and if you do not, have you ever heard back, gotten an interview, etc?

  personally, i think its interesting why people would ask, and I tend not to apply to positions with such questions... but lately, i think its cropping up more and more... as, i guess a way to keep costs down? i dunno.
