seriously tho, yes, it depends on the agency. I have tried all different options but for some reason there is always one that has worked for me, every time. I wear a suit, with a nice dress shirt (no tie).
Keep in mind that some agencies have lots of clients and events you will have to meet and attend, and they need to know they are hiring a person who knows how and when to dress up and that could represent them in any type of event.
