No jeans? Er, that's stiff. I work at a large interactive agency -- my interview I wore jeans, sneakers, and a completely unimpressive button-down shirt. The CD who had originally interviewed me was wearing jeans and a dirty carhartt hoodie. And when the ECD came in, he was wearing an affliction t-shirt and challenged me to a bench-press competition. (You know who you are).
