    I just built a core i7 rig.

    2.67 Ghz i7 quad core
    6GB DDR3 Corsair XMS3
    Nvidia Geforce GTX 260
    Asus P6T Motherboard
    Corsair 650W power supply

    I think I only spent around $800 (already had case/dvd drives/ hard drives) pretty dope. It'll run anything. Way faster than my work machine (Dual Quad core G5 w/ 8GB RAM)

    • unless your going for a silent PC, you don't need liquid cooling. You can get equivalent air cooling now.designbot
