  once you've got past fixing basic fundamental "build" problems with a site (which should have been done by the original devs anyway) there's nowhere to go with actual tangible SEO. i could claim to be an SEO expert as i too can look at a site and show how to make it more search friendly. beyond that - any techniques/methods or whatever you call them are just stabs in the dark. if you are insane enough to think that you have unlocked the google search algorithm then perhaps you'd be better off working for the government as a cryptographer...
