It's a fucking liberty wanting to test you to see if you have done something illegal.
Why don't they want to come round to your house and look for stolen property, or follow you to see if you break any traffic laws, or audit your taxes ?
There are far worse things than smoking weed that they seem unconcerned with, so it's not an issue of character or criminality is it ?
Also what if you have recently spent a week in Amsterdam, legally getting baked off your nut all day everyday ? Come back and take a test - fail, get fired, for never breaking any laws anywhere ?
It's a fucking liberty - I've never taken a drug test and I never will. Refuse to take it.
Tell them if they don't believe your answer about your criminal tendencies, then you don't want to work for them - and, and and - here's the really cool part - actually fucking mean it.
