^ Which is why there never was a Crisis , there was troubled time sure, but to say that the actions of some irresponsible lenders, over reaching borrowers was going to bring America to it's knees is a concept I never bought, mainly because no Head of state ever broke it down to what we were trying to avoid. We could not avoid the financial meltdown that was caused my market manipulation , cause I stand by a gut feeling that it was staged are we all to believe that Madof is the only grand schemer , Trillions lost and only 1 guy goes to Jail ?

so what was the solution to all this ? slap some hands for lending too much money, clear there books and give them money so they can keep lending ..... a formula that works well for the responsible folk , but has time and time again caused recessions, depressions , so it was rinse lather repeat ,

the economy was and is bound to recover , did we need top down stimulus is debatable

    • disagree in totality. In was a ponzi scheme by the financial industry.TheBlueOne
    • You really need to brush up on some macroeconomics to understand why this is indeed a crisis..TheBlueOne
    • ..when you have trillions of dollars above GDP in private contracts outstanding and no one to pay up, that ads up to a crisis.TheBlueOne
