Most people have dynamic ip addresses .. so the ip address might change even if it is the same person. Only the ISP will be able to work out who's assigned to the IP address at the time the messages were sent.
I'd just keep a log of everything (messages / dates+times) together with the IP addresses... if they are actually breaking the law get in contact with the Police.
I suppose they might also be breaking the ISP's ToS - so you could contact them first of all maybe?
