I'm pretty sure it's a flat fuckin rate. I'm in shock right now. This all came up after a discussion with our acct rep who said a client was upset that we sent a $1200 estimate for a logo design and they threatened to use someone else who was only going to charge $900! HAHAHA... we're talking about a major casino on the Strip. Times are tough eh?
