I actually like the concept alot. Sure the eyeballs are abstract, but since when does abstract have to be bad? zenmasterfoo gave you a good start. I would only suggest making the name and title a wee bit smaller, printing the card on a nice coated stock and you should be good to go. Slap it high!!!
