quick thoughts:
-eyeballs take away from the strong type maybe make them a monotone or part of the bg element... or scaled way way back...
-little kerning goes a long way
-Gotham is a nice font, don't get me wrong... but it's really saturated the design market right now... maybe try a font that has a little more character?
