I think my experience was not as bad relatively despite the fact I had 2 stones about 1 cm in size each. Both had gone from the kidney to the ureter than stuck right before the bladder. I didn't even know they were there until the ct scan (told to do after I had some discolored urine).
They were too big to pass, so I was put under, they went up, lasered them, and pulled them out. Woke up, then there was pain and percoset. Mostly burning for a few days and I dreaded having to go, but not too bad all things considered. This was all last month.
My question... It goes:
kidney -> ureter -> bladder -> urethra -> outAlong what part do people feel the most pain as the stone(s) is moving along?
- When the stone is in the kidney the pain is dull but pretty painful. When it hits the Ureter and moves down toward the Bladder it starts to get Very painful.Starwell99
