  i was in charge of upto 32 people, and i was always commended on my man-management skills when appraised by senior management. but if i'm being honest, i think your boss is just testing you out, he's trying to see how you can rise
  to this, i doubt he's in charge of that many people so i'd just have it out with him, man to man.
  saying that, it'd be different it the boss was a chick and that, because you could just get fired in at the next studio piss-up, bit of smooth talking, and get in amongst her jackson flan, everything would be sorted.
