Last week I had a pain on my lower right side. They weren't sure what it was as the blood and urine test didn't reveal much. They didn't think it was serious enough for a cat scan. There wasn't blood in my urine which most likely rules out a kidney stone, but there was still a 15% chance.
Did some research and a high protein diet can cause a kidney stone which isn't good because I eat a lot of protein.
My family didn't get kidney stones though.
