    a simple fact is that css makes for faster and improved seo sites. whether you care or not is up to you. in most cases it probably makes no fucking difference - i gotta say that css has been liberating for me, i always felt restricted with tables. just my 2 cents there.

    the site shown is so fucking simple that it would literally take less than an hour to build with either css or tables - personally i'd do it faster with css now that i actually know it.

    so basically this thread has had more thought and time put into it than the actual page being discussed. awesome.

    • it's not uncommon for a great developer to not see the design subtleties that improve so i thought he was that.airey
    • but the old school coding (tables, css styles inline, etc) means that we're not talking top of the line.airey
