  you guys are dumb.

  .com and .biz are NOT the same url.
  There is nothing you can do about that.

  How can he be running the same name as you? If your actual company name is registered in Canada you have ownership over it.

  But that ownership doesn't extend to URL's.

  • if you can prove categorically in a court of law that another company took your name to take prtofit from your name then you have a case. in court. under trading laws._me_
