owning a motion studio in LA the trend seems to be to hire your go to freelancers more than taking risks on new talent. with the economy still kind of dry the consistent frame of mind is to play it safe wherever possible. Answer? like always and more so than ever, make sure your work is badass beyond requirement so that you demand the needs of studios no matter what. Thats what we look for when hiring
