Work on the margins. In some places they seem huge, in others they seem ignored. Basically, work with your grid better.
Other consistency issues include putting white borders around image thumbnails vs drop shadows. And the Did You Know unit seems to just float in the space provided instead of locking up to something. Just my two cents (I'm not a web guy).
